By joining our page, you provide your consent for the personal data published on your profile to be processed.<\/p>\n<p>At any time, the user may access the privacy policies of the Social Media Network itself, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy. INACC\u00c9S GEOT\u00c8CNICA VERTICAL, S.L. has access and processes the user information of a public nature, in particular, their contact name. These data are only used within the scope of the Social Media Network in question. They are not added to any file.<\/p>\n<p>As regards the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to which you are entitled and that may be exercised with INACC\u00c9S GEOT\u00c8CNICA VERTICAL, S.L., the following considerations must be taken into account in accordance with the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act (LOPD):<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Access: This shall be defined according to the functionality of the Social Media Network and the ability to access the information contained in the profiles of the users.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Rectification: This right may only be exercised with regard to any information held by INACC\u00c9S GEOT\u00c8CNICA VERTICAL, S.L.; for example, deleting comments published on the page itself. Normally, this right shall need to be exercised with the Social Media Network.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Cancellation and\/or Opposition: As above, this right may only be exercised with regard to any information held by INACC\u00c9S GEOT\u00c8CNICA VERTICAL, S.L.; for example, no longer being connected to the profile.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>INACC\u00c9S GEOT\u00c8CNICA VERTICAL, S.L.<\/strong><strong>.. shall take the following action:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Access to the public information on the profile.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Publication on the user\u2019s profile of all information already published on the page of INACC\u00c9S GEOT\u00c8CNICA VERTICAL, S.L.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Send personal and individual messages via the channels available on the Social Media Network.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Page status updates, which will be published on the user\u2019s profile.<\/p>\n<p>The user can always control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them and restrict who their connections are shared with. To do so, users should access their privacy settings.<br \/>\n<strong>Publications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once connected to the page of INACC\u00c9S GEOT\u00c8CNICA VERTICAL, S.L., the user may publish comments, links, images or photographs on said page, as well as any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Media Network. In any event, the user must be the owner thereof, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or have consent from the third parties affected. Any publication on the page, whether text, graphic, photographic, video, etc., that impinges or could possible impinge on morality, ethics, good taste or decorum and\/or that infringe, violate or breach intellectual or industrial property rights, image law or the law in general is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>In such cases, INACC\u00c9S GEOT\u00c8CNICA VERTICAL, S.L. reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request that the user in question be blocked permanently.<\/p>\n<p>INACC\u00c9S GEOT\u00c8CNICA VERTICAL, S.L. shall accept no liability for the content freely published by a user.<\/p>\n<p>The user should realise that their publications shall be seen by other users, meaning that the user is chiefly responsible for the privacy thereof. Any images that may be published on the page shall not be stored in any file by INACC\u00c9S GEOT\u00c8CNICA VERTICAL, S.L. but will indeed remain on the Social Media Network.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competitions and Promotions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>INACC\u00c9S GEOT\u00c8CNICA VERTICAL, S.L. reserves the right to organise competitions and promotions in which the user connected to its page may take part. When the Social Media Network is used for said activity, the terms and conditions for each one shall be published thereon. Such action shall also comply with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulations. The Social Media Network does not sponsor, back or administer any of our promotions in any way and is not associated with any of them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advertising<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In any case, INACC\u00c9S GEOT\u00c8CNICA VERTICAL, S.L. shall use the Social Media Network to advertise its products and services should it decide to process your personal data for the purpose of direct commercial prospecting actions.
