At Inaccés, there is a clear commitment to caring for our workers as well as complying with current legislation on Occupational Health and Safety.
We promote and apply all good practices for safer work in a healthy environment, based on the prevention and reduction of occupational hazards. Our staff is our most valuable asset and their health and safety is the most important aspect.
Since 2007, Inaccés has established a management system for occupational hazard prevention based on the OHSAS 18001, certificate, awarded by the body, APPLUS. On February 2020 we obtained ISO 45001:2018 certificate that replace OSHAS.
This certification allows the strict monitoring of procedures and instructions on both occupational health and safety.
We have identified the risks inherent in working on the construction site to establish security protocols. Its implementation is the path to the company’s goal of reducing occupational hazards.

Integrated risk prevention at all levels of the company
The lifelines used in construction are certified by the independent body, APPLUS, in accordance with EN 795.
Inaccés rigorously checks the personal protective equipment used by workers and provides them with personal protective equipment adapted to their daily tasks.
As a member of ANETVA (National Association of Companies involved in Vertical Works), Inaccés is certified to perform all kinds of Vertical Works, guaranteed to comply with current safety regulations.
Inaccés employs an Occupational Health and Safety risk prevention expert, with 3 specialities: Safety, Ergonomics and Hygiene. This corresponds to the individual responsible for health and safety management at construction sites and for internal worker training, as well as providing the workforce with the protective equipment necessary to carry out the work.
The company has at its disposal staff accredited by ANETVA to provide the necessary training in Vertical Works: Basic Levels Off, OFF II, OFF III, techniques for Rescue & Evacuation from Heights, etc.
All Inaccés staff are accredited for performing Vertical Work, and more than half are Preventive Resources, in other words they have received a level basic training (50/60 hours in Occupational Health and Safety).

All technical staff (foremen) have received Preventive Resource training for construction sites as well as the respective specific training for the level of health and safety that marks Collective Agreement in the Construction Sector.
